Sorry for the long delay. I was released on Friday and arrived back home yesterday around midnight but went straight to sleep. the main reason for the trouble this time was because I had taken my family out of state for the holidays when I fell sick. My mother was forced to take the kids back home for school. because i was in ICU at the time my mother never thought about leaving my phone or computer with me. at first my mother was able to log onto my computer to release updates but after a automatic update my computer restarted and became locked. My mother not being much of a computer person outside of facebook and email was unable to access the blog anymore...even after i tried to explain it to her over the phone. as for the contest my mother drew the three names and emailed them from her account upon my request in the middle of Feb. What day she did so for sure i do not know but the two money winners have already received their rewards and the trip winner has acknowledged her win but has yet. For this confusion i am deeply sorry.
As for myself i cannot say that i am in good health while i am currently totting around an oxygen tank. at first i was only expected to have a few weeks stay in the hospital but complications came about from a mix of miscommunication and medical error. In the end i required three surgeries and to be put on a respirator. the doctors were unsure if i would be able to be removed from the respirator but luckily their fears were not realized. I will continue to write but for the time being i cannot give a definite release schedule but i will do my best to keep you updated and i still think i will be able to release at least one book a month with at most 45 days between books. I do not have any other plans for long trips and plan to stay close to home so the case of a long absent should not reoccur.
as for the next installment of Reborn i will upload it now and it should be out within the next 8-24 hours.

ReplyDeleteAshwagandha, macca, spirilina, cayenne pepper and n-acetylcysteine gave me energy when I had silicosis and couldn't breathe. But check with doctor before you try that. I was in trouble for 3 years but ok now with swimming..

ReplyDeleteAsh needs half or slightly less of his points in luck.The big problem is that Ash's main sources of points are now orbs and Gambler's game. Nether will deliver a high enough percentage. I can think of 2 possible skills to solve this:
1) There is a skill that logically should be creatable. Lets call it "random point". It would move a point in one chosen aspect to any of the eight at random including the posibility of no move. Its luck used as luck and as minimal as posible so by rights fairly easy to create. We already know from "Iron Stomach" that points can be converted by a fairly low level ability. Should be effective in that if you kick em around enough they will eventually end up where you want them. Might be expensive and slow.
2) Given Ash's ability to find Orbs in plenty coupled with a need to share then the ability to selectively take only the luck points would be another option. It might not even need an ability. Has anybody just tried?

Mr jackson i m reading the reawakening saga for the 3rd time i enjoy all the books with thad and his family, for the longest time i was wonderering what happend to the scion trilogy as there hadnt been a recent release and i noticed the blogs about icu visits and stuff. i truly hope your doing better. Your a good author, something about the reawakening saga that just everything is written just right at the right pace and is just really good. again i hope your doing better and maybe you could give a status on the scion trilogy book 2
