update

Mr. Jackson is still in ICU but he is doing better. At first the doctors were unsure of what was wrong but they have found that he has a major infection in both his lungs and plura cavity. they believe that he had a minor lung collapse which he does often but he got a small lung infection that he overlooked until it was quite bad. They are unsure how long he will need to be hospitalized but at the moment his life is out of the red zone.

  6. It's been almost a week since the post and I figured now would be ok to ask, how are you doing? Are you getting better? If the book is delayed again that's fine. Take your time and get well so that you can continue the series. I hope you're at least getting better.

    2. I think releasing the book would help pay for some of the bills and decrease the stress allowing you to recover. I for one am ready to pay 3.99+ to read for an hour from this story..... YAY!

  15. Even a simple update like "out of the hospital and beginning to recover, work progressing slowly" would be nice.

  18. Hey I'm in that my to.And when you're sick you can still do other stuff as well like write a book.Just saying. Suck it up and drive on.

  19. When you are sick and in pain you really can't be creative. If he were to 'suck it up' and write I doubt it would be up to his usual standards.

  20. Honestly I'm kind of wondering about the contest too. Hopefully it's not in poor taste to bring it up. Even if he's not feeling up to writing any friend or family member could pull a name out of a hat and make a blog post in a couple of minutes.

  25. Grim. I'm hoping the fella is lying low and recovering. Would imagine, as fun as they are, these novellas have to take a back seat for a while.

  27. I think he is still recovering. Although I did look up the obituaries for Tahlequah and he wasn't in them.

    1. He may have had a relapse. I am not giving up hope without an obituary though. I just re-read the reborn series and explore other authors while checking back weekly and keep him in my prayers.
