book signings
I was thinking of doing some book signings next year. mainly because I love to travel and its a way for it to be tax deductible. the only problem I have is amazon isn't even nice enough to tell us what area the majority of our buyers live in. I can see keeping the name or town secret but why state or general area. so if anyone knows of some good places for a book signing or big even for one let me know. I would love to meet some of my fans.

now that would be cool. man I hate writing on my iphone it takes too long.
ReplyDeleteI've been using my iPhone for these too! One of the best new features is the ability to dictate whenever the keyboard comes up. It allows for easy entry of large amounts of text without all the waste of time.

speaking isn't too bad it hurts no matter what hence the good pain killers. its getting better though i can finally get up and move a bit. if i ever get rick im hireing a good looking nurse.

ReplyDeleteIt's funny you should be wondering about this. Just a day or two ago I created a custom Google map so that my fans could choose to leave a pin at their location, and I could see where they were from, and they could see where there were other fans.
I haven't really promoted it yet, but you can take a look to see what I am talking about.

I am in Salt Lake City, Utah. There are some great park and canyon venues here complete with tables. There is a great Scott Card and Terry Brooks fan base here. I am sure there are some DWJ fans, too. If I can help, let me know.
