computer bombed

every since my computer got hit by that virus or whatever it was that cleaned out my harddrive its been hard to get back to work. why do people make or do such things. i lost days worth of work and hours of time haveing to reset my computer to factory seetings. oh well no reason to cry about it now just have to get myself back into the grove of writing.

book three Broken mage

i know book 2 isnt out yet but its at my editors so im on to book three which i already had a head start on since i worked on it whenever i got stuck with the second book. thought id put up the cover to see what people thought of it.

remembr this is a spoiler just a heads up of what we will see in the second book.
our young mage spends most of his time in this book with Eloen. yes the firely little brunet makes a big comback and we get to see more to her as well as the other member in her squad. Thad makes some new friends as well as pushes him magic to its limits as a seige on Southpass comences. i dont want to give away the end lets just say out young mage finds himself in a dire situation just when his magic is starting to come into its full power.

the goverment always gets their share

as a independent author 30% of what i make goes to the irs. so i have decided to donate a fair amount of my book sales to different charties. mostly dealing with soldiers because well i was a soldier and i love to support my fellow brothers in arms. if you know of any good ones give me a shout. and remeber its our soldiers who fight for our freedoms at the cost of their own.

supporting our troups the little i can

soon alot of my fellow oklahoman national guardsmen will be heading to afganastan. I dont have to go thank to the fact in a few months ill be out due to injury but i thought that since my books were doing decently well i would help the guys out a bit. I decided that on my March sales 25 percent of my profit which on the 2.99 e-book though the second one will be coming out by then too hopefully. is 2.07 after i take out the fed's money leaves 1.40 so for every book sold i will send 35 cents to the blue star mothers i know it doest sound like much. but i sale about 1500 of my first book right now though i do expect that to slow down but i expect the second book to do just as well as their first. so my personal goal is to be able to give the blue star mothers sbout 700-1000 dollars at the end of march. i cant do it every month since i cant work anymore and live off a fixed income but im going to try and do the same thing every three months or so. because  i get income from writing i am a firm believe it is thanks to the soldiers that i am given the chance to do so. to all my brothers in army stay safe good luck and please dont forget the PMCS....lol

on a side note i would throughly enjoy if other independent joined me in my efforts. i wanted to make a seperate page for it but im really not that computer savy.

1,000,000 coppies

   You know most independent authors never sale more than fifty copies. Its considered good if you sale more than a dozen or so a day. I’m selling decent but at the current rank I will take a 100 years to reach 100000 copies. It would be nice to be the first independent author to reach that mile stone but I doubt it’s going to be me. I can’t complain with my current sales. But you know how it is we always want more then were getting. Well ill continue to watch my sales and work on my next book. Maybe I’ll be able to put out the magical book that will take off like a rocket.
